NOTICE

Mock Test & Actual Test – Post: Project Assistant – GSRC

All interested candidates are hereby informed that, as part of the selection process for the post of Project Assistant, a Mock Test and an Actual Test will be conducted as per the following schedule:

*Failing to join the link on time to attend the tests would not be entertained by GSRC and will result into disqualification.

*It is advised to join the link 5 minutes prior to the actual time.

Instructions to Candidates

1. Attendance in both the Mock Test and Actual Test is mandatory.
   Candidates who fail to attend either will not be considered for further stages of selection.
2. The Mock Test is intended to familiarize candidates with the test format and technical process.
3. The Actual Test will be used for shortlisting candidates for subsequent stages of evaluation or interview.
4. Candidates must ensure they have a stable internet connection, functional webcam, and valid login credentials (if applicable) before the test.
5. Any form of malpractice, impersonation, or technical tampering will lead to disqualification.
6. The email will be sent to the shortlisted candidates for in-person interview.
7. The link for each test will be accessible only once. Once opened, it cannot be reused or reattempted.
8. Candidates are solely responsible for the successful submission of their answers within the allotted time. No claims for technical failures or incomplete submissions will be entertained.
9. The Actual Test will consist of 30 questions to be answered within 20 minutes.
10. No extra time will be granted under any circumstances for answer submission.
11. Negative marking of 0.20 will be applied for each wrong answer.
12. Candidates must not refresh or close the test window during the examination. Doing so may lead to automatic disqualification.
13. The system’s recorded submission time will be considered final and binding.
14. The decision of the Selection Committee regarding evaluation and shortlisting will be final and not subject to appeal.
